Warrior Testing

Athletes will have the opportunity to participate in warrior testing approximately every 10 weeks. This testing will measure their progress in various obstacle courses while also testing their overall physical fitness. Athletes will earn achievement ribbons for their improvements. Warrior testing is included in the regular class fees. The warrior testing dates for the 2016-2017 season are Jan. 28, 2017, March 25, 2017 & June 3, 2017. Warrior testing is included in monthly tuition.

Warrior Training Schedule (Ages 3.5-17)

Cub Warriors 3.5-5 yrs.  $85 per month (one 45 min. class/week)
Tuesday 10:15-11:00am
Friday 9:30-10:15am

Panda Warriors 5-7 yrs.  $85 per month (one 45 min. class/week)

Kylee Haase - Warrior Training Instructor

Kylee graduated from MSU with a degree in Health Studies, a Minor in Sports Performance and a Minor in Art History. Kylee has accumulated over 600 hours interning at State of Fitness, a leading personal training gym in East Lansing. She gained valuable experience in leading Sports Performance sessions with athletes 8-18 years, as well strength training with adults and seniors. Additionally, Kylee is experienced in teaching adult fitness classes at Spartan Fit Center in East Lansing, including Strength, Cross body, and Kickboxing.

Kylee has been a member of the Stars & Stripes summer camp lead staff since 2010. She has been involved in various sports throughout her entire life, including volleyball, gymnastics and diving. She was also a member of the 2nd place National Synchronized Figure skating team in 2008. She then went on to become a member of the Clarkston Varsity Poms team for 2 years in high school. Kylee has a wealth of knowledge in the area of physical fitness to share with our warriors which will aid her in heping them reach their athletic potential.
