The Athletic Foundation instructional class is a great introduction to sports in general for the beginning, young athlete. They will have the opportunity to focus on core skills to build their athletic foundation, gain exposure to skills for a variety of sports including running, jumping, throwing, catching and kicking along with improving hand-eye coordination, athletic stance and overall physical fitness. Each class will be fast-paced and action packed to keep the young athletes engaged. A great option for the young athlete just getting started!
