Boys

Boys in this class will begin by learning necessary position/support holds and basic core gymnastics skills that are used in all six of the boys gymnastics events (floor exercise, mushroom/pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars and horizontal bar). As basics are mastered, gymnasts will be individually challenged to help them progress and move onto more intermediate/advanced skills. A strong emphasis is placed on building strength, conditioning, increasing flexibility & improving coordination. This class is designed to empower boys by creating a fun environment where they can turn challenges into successes. With hard work, focus and determination, boys in this class will find themselves learning and working toward some very exciting goals. (one 60 min. class/week)
